Your account has been locked. It will be unlocked within 24 hours and a new password will be sent to your work email address. You don’t need to do anything.
If you don’t have a work email address or are on extended leave of absence for any reason you will need to contact HR to get your account unlocked and to ask for a new password. You can use the AskArchie App or email [email protected]
